I have been using these for about 18 months now after switching from just a good probiotic, and I have seen a noticeable difference in the boost to my immune system, digestive, regularity, and broadened ability to eat items that I couldn’t after having my gallbladder removed years ago. I like that they are shelfstable so that I don’t have to worry about refrigerating them. The only thing I don’t like about this is that it’s a very large bottle considering there’s only 30 capsules in it. It feels very wasteful to the environment and takes up more shelf/counter space than it really needs to.

This probiotic helped me tremendously. I don't ever dose or recommend dosing more than the directions say of any drug or supplement but I was in need of something to get rid of a stubborn bug in my gut. My doctor wouldn't prescribe me an antibiotic so I went on Amazon looking for a 60 billion CFU probiotic I had purchased awhile back and came across these 120 billion CFUs. The brand that I was looking for had a 120 billion CFU but it wasn't on prime so I decided to buy this brand and got it yesterday.I took two even though the dose says one and by the evening my gut had settled tremendously. I took another one before I went to bed and this morning I have woken up to a night and day difference.Along with the dietary recommendations my doctor gave me and the probiotic my gut seems to be back to normal. I took another this morning and I will be taking one a day until the bottle is empty. If I find that it makes a vast difference in my digestion, which I suspect that it will, then I will be buying these regularly.

… First I tried “the cleanse” supplement… Well you better be near a bathroom for two days… Nuph Said.. Then I read article for menopausal Women, that said in order to loose belly fat you have to take the right supplements… Saw the reviews and this was actually lower priced then some store brands… I find it’s easy to swallow and if you drink big bottle of water first thing you wake up within minutes you have to go and I swear.. not to be gross but there will be a small plane in your toilet… I look at my poo because it tells you things about your health… and I was getting frustrated with feeling like I had to really go, only to pass a few “malted milk” balls… and still feel bloated and gassy. But after take these 3-4 days in a row you will see the change… and you will swear your pants are looser! So eat fiber and high protein and know you will expel your toxic waste every morning by 10..
