Easy to apply and easy to get it perfect.
After I got done applying it, I came right in and ordered more. It looks great, it is easy to work with, and I was able to get 90 degree corners perfect with an exacto knife and a heat gun.

Perfect Fit & easy fast application
This is a really good product and I’m surprised it applied as easy as it did. Now the sun and heat might cause some issues but I live in Florida so can’t expect much to last. - 2018 nissan rogue sport fits like a charm!

Update: The 2" trim was coming off at one of the ends. I contacted Cowles and without hesitation they replaced the product, so I am giving 5 stars to all 3 products.Original: I purchased Cowles 2", 1/2 inch and edge guard. The last 2 get 5 stars, but the 2 inch is NOT the same as the others.All 3 products are excellent and they revived my old SUV. It is relative easy to apply, but be careful measuring.The 3M adhesive does not cover the whole width of the 2 inches, but it has two narrow stripes on each end of the 2 inches. The problem comes when you apply pressure can create dents in the middle and may not hold as well.

It's okay for my project
I wish I would have ordered the sticker one instead. This one was hard to stick onto the sides with glue. But I ordered this one because it was recommended for this project for a kids car from someone's link. Of you're making a tikes car get the sticker instead for trim

Coming off after one week!
I like the carbon fiber look of these edge guards however when I installed on my doors, they have already started coming off after one week of use. One door got so bad I had to remove the stripping and replace with the leftover that I had. I even made sure to clean the door edges beforehand. Now the replacement is starting to come off. I think the glue needs to be stronger and heat resistant. I keep pushing them on the doors. Hopefully they will stay on.

I’ve always loved this product.
I’ve used this product for years for all sorts of stuff and I’ll always have some on hand.Sticks great and super easy to use. Lasts a long time when exposed to weather.

Disappointed.
The good: Installation of the product was very straight forward and easy. It looks fantastic on my vehicle, it really finishes it off. The bad: It shrunk, so now it looks unfinished. The adhesive won’t allow it to stay attached. One hot day and it’s coming off. Not a fan. The outer layer is also peeling in one spot. Very disappointing. Wasted twenty bucks.
