Vitamin B12 by Nature's Bounty, Quick Dissolve Vitamin Supplement, Supports Energy Metabolism and Nervous System Health, 5000mcg, 40 Tablets

I’ve been using these for over a decade. They’re my favorite so far as flavor, value, and dosage. Though judging the effectiveness of supplements is difficult with anecdotal evidence only, I think that I see a marginal improvement in myself while using these. They dissolve slowly, and well under my tongue, and are a part of my daily morning routine.

I work from home 8 hours a day and take care of my elderly mom . I was having to push myself through the day, did not feel like doing anything. My mom's nurse that comes 3 times a week told me I needed to try these B12 meltable tablets, as soon as the tablet dissolve under tongue I feel better and throughout the day. These are a tremendous help to me. I highly recommend!!!

I’ve tried quite a few dissolvable B12’s and Nature’s Bounty is by far the best tasting one. It also dissolves the most uniformly (ie. Doesn’t leave chunks that I have to chew up and put back under my tongue).
