I only take 2 a day, looks like it works, but I need more time to see. I will come back with another review, thanks for providing this effective remedy.

I had to take this for 2 weeks to feel any considerable relief. Taking 4 capsules is quite a pain in itself, though they are easy to swallow with no aftertaste.While they do have quality contents, you can get most in other supplements without having to take 4 capsules.Not sure I will purchase.

I like this product because it is easy to take. Does not upset the stomach. I have only found a little relief so far. Maybe you need to take for a while to work. Will review again after a month.

Tried several knee products and this is by far the best. No more pain and minimal stiffness. I do need knee replacement but this product has helped so much. Signed up for monthly subscription refill!

This product is not working at all , very strong side effect with heavy muscles cramps, there is some bovine substances in the product that vegan people unable to take.also NON- REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE - DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL.

I have taken many different joint support supplements and the dose is 1 or 2 capsules. I was very surprised to find this product requires 4 capsules to complete a dose. I does seem to work without any stomach upset or other issues but I will opt for those brands that require fewer capsules in a dose.

I found relief within a week, faster than other brands.
