Famous Dave's Apricot Bourbon BBQ Sauce (2 Pack) 1st Place Barbecue Winner

This Apricot Bourbon BBQ Sauce is to die for! I'm not usually a BBQ sauce fan - I find them too sweet. The Apricot Bourbon is a bit tart, a bit sweet and a bit spicy. It's beautiful on beef, pork roast and chicken! It's also terrific on ice cream!!

Although this sauce is a bit pricey, I am addicted to it. I Love apricots and fruit based barbecue sauces anyway but this stuff is like well...like nothing I have ever had at any barbecue establishment. I can't find it anywhere but on the internet. This is really great with Chicken and Pork. I have picky eaters but they practically inhale anything this sauce is on.Famous Dave sauces are awesome! That being said, stay away from Wilbur's revenge or Devil's spit if you think jalepeno peppers are the hottest things you have ever eaten. Those two sauces will burn a hole in your face.

Good flavor I am afraid I got no hint of either Apricot or Bourbon. However it is an enjoyable product better than most Barbecue sauces.

Good flavor, but spicy

This became our favorite barbecue sauce the first time we tried it. My husband, who has never really liked barbecue sauces, likes it so much he began thinking of foods to try it on--so far the list runs to beef brisket, hot dogs, chicken, pork tenderloin, and country style ribs.Our local grocery store quit carrying it, so I am very happy to be able to buy it from Amazon!

The sauce 2 pack came on time and this is really good stuff..Good on pulled pork or Ham sandwiches tri-tip or brisket. Great flavor 5 stars.

This doesn't actually have bourbon in it so I improvised. I cooked up 5 lbs. ground chuck. Drained the grease, added about 10 shots of Makers Mark Whiskey to the beef, 1 whole onion (chopped) and 2 bottles of this sauce. Simmered for a 1/2 hour. Best Sloppy Joes you ever had!

A good sauce. However, not tasting any apricot...
