Bare EscentualsBare Minerals ORIGINAL SPF 15 Foundation (Fairly Light) 0.28 Ounce

I've been wearing Bare Minerals for over 10 years and this time something is way off with the color that I always use. I even took pics off the difference in packaging and the product color but it's supposed to be the same shade. The one on the right is turning my skin a golden, red. Not good.

Just started back wearing a little make up again and had no idea what was the best for senior aged skin with wrinkles and dry skin. I have heard good things about bare minerals so I ordered it and was pleasantly surprised at the lightness and that it didn't settle heavily into my wrinkles.

I don’t think this is real bare minerals. I’ve been using bare minerals for years and this one is definitely different. It’s darker in color and more cakey once applied. In terms of coverage it does the job, but how can I trust what’s in it. It’s doesn’t feel like natural mineral makeup.Update: I purchased another foundation from Ulta to compare to this one. It is the same. Probably they changed something in the formulation. I’m used to it now and it works just as well as before.

I don’t do well with powder. I get it in my eyes which will send me up the wall for hours. My skin is dry, so powder is not necessarily the best for me. But I like it when I’m in a hurry. And it’s great when I run out of my regular foundation which is a liquid. If I am applying this incorrectly, I would love someone to let me know a better way. I use a brush
