Q: Do these work well on white chocolate?

I have not used them on white chocolate, but use them all the time on royal icing and they work great!

Q: Are these refillable?

These food coloring pens are not refillable.

Q: Has anyone had experience using on chocolate?

Yes, it goes on well. No need to wipe the marker off in between application. Just need to let the marker dry when applied to chocolate.
