I'm looking to do live mutitrack recording. does the usb interface send more then one stereo master track?

Evening... I downsized from the Multimix 4 to a two-channel mixer, basically used for my audio book recordings. If memory serves me correctly, this does offer 2 track in/out via the bus (stereo, of course). Sorry I couldn't be of more help...have you checked out the specs at places such as B&H, Sweetwater, zZounds and so on?

What is the difference between the main out, and monitor out? Can I control two sets of speakers, and a headphone volume independently with this mixe?

Main out is for speakers, such as a PA. Monitor out can be speakers or headphones. All can be on at once.

If i'm doing a podast, can i record plug my phone into any of these ports and record a call? alongside two xlr mics.
