i have found the only replacement pieces you can get for these gazebos are the canopy's. Try garden winds web site. They may have what you are looking for.

I love my gazebo, but the snow bent the frame and hub. Do you know where I can find a replacement frame?

The same thing happened to me, I just took the roof section apart and bent the pieces back as best I could, and then re-assembled it. Given that this is made in China and models come and go over the years I would doubt very much that you could order just replacement pieces for what was bent, but you can try (I dug out my old instructions) Sunjoy Industries 866-578-6569 or target@sunjoygroup.com.

This is complete set, lower canopy for the 4 poles is 10 ft x 10 ft plus upper canopy unit. It fit nicely. Read all instructions carefully. Suggests using a scotchguard to protect it from Sun damage.
