Works great with my hot and cold spigots I installed outside. Small leak at the cold spigot but not big enough to want to return it.

I bought this hose connector, to attach to the 2 taps in the sink in my basement, then got a 3/4" to 1/2" adapter at HD to connect a shower head to it to bathe my dogs. I like the color coding of the pipes. Good value for the money !

These new washing machines are a pain. The sensor wash does not put enough water in to wash clothes properly. The way the have it set up is you have to put it on hot only to get to set it up on deep wash. If you put your washer on cold or warm and put it on deep wash, IT WILL NOT FILL UP ALL THE WAY, ONLY ON HOT WASH. How to fix this problem with this simple hose.How to set it up.1. Turn off both hot and cold-water hoses and disconnect both hoses from the wall,2. Install the Y hose, blue and red to the wall hot and cold water.3. The single hose off the Y to the HOT side hose going to the washing machine.4. Cold water hose to the washing machine is not used.5. Turn both hot and cold water back on.6. Set washing machine to HOT wash, To allow washer to fill completely. But having both hot and cold now running into the same hose, it now becomes warm water wash. If you want hot water or cold, turnoff the appropriate hose at the wall.

I did several searches on Amazon to try to find this, to no avail. Someone else pointed me in the right direction.Simply put, I wanted to join my outside hot/cold water taps together into one output hose. This item could only be found as a washing machine item!Well, I finally found it, and it works.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU'RE FROM AUSTRALIAUnfortunately the thread is not compatible with Australian washing machine hoses and tape fittings.
