Way better than the others (I think)
A friend gave me one to try when I forgot my usual gel, and I was hooked. Way better than the other more common brands - thinner consistency so easier to get down when on a ride. I use one typically about every 75-90 minutes on road rides, along with an electrolyte drink - works well for me. The flavor is good too - no chemical flavor and not sickly sweet.

Poor Shipping
Product itself is good, however shipping was very poor. Received in letter style packaging with no protection. Package had been squished, 3 of 24 packets had burst open, and the rest had to be thoroughly washed to get the stickiness off.
