Classic study on culture. This is a must read for people study social sciences. Geert Hofstede is a great place to start when you begin your study. His insight on the dimensions of culture are extremely useful when you build your foundation for a new theory.

I found the book interesting and informative. It includes analysis of culture and thinking across countries and organizations. The author of the book, Geert Hofstede proposed four dimensions on which the differences among national cultures can be understood: Individualism, Power Distance, Uncertainty Avoidance, and Masculinity. Many new studies have adopted his theory and built on it. I am doing research related to marketing and social and find it helpful. There is a newer edition from this book. Overall, it is an excellent book if want to understand behavioral differences among different societies and groups (at work or in life in general). Cheers
