METROVAC ED-500-ESDV Variable Speed, Multi-Use Electronics and Computer Blower/Cleaner

This thing rocks! It is very strong and feels great to use. The air that it outputs is very powerful compared to a can of compressed air. This thing easily blew the dust out of my PC and was even strong enough to clean out the radiator fins on my AIO!! The only possible downside would be that it is slightly large, but that isn't much of an issue for me (mainly using it to clean PC and it isn't too large for that). Be sure to hold your fans lightly while cleaning them or pointing the datavac in their direction (which this is just something that applies to all dusters, not just the datavac). The variable speed is also great, and slightly weird to work with (adding a button and knob would be better in my opinion). Since you have to turn the knob the entire way for full power, some may consider the other model without variable speed to be better/easier to work with as you can simply press a button and get full power the entire time (which again, kinda large to use while cleaning a PC and it is a sturdy/hefty device). ^ this is just a consideration for those who intend to clean their PC with it (which I assume is the majority). Holding the fans and turning the knob to increase power can be more difficult than holding fans and simply pressing a button. I generally just turn it to desired power and carefully swivel the Datavac into position while holding the fans that are going to be cleaned during that pass.

It is heavily built and will last a lifetime. It is loud. It will shine at tasks like clearing out fine dust from the inside of a pc or server box. Or, blowing dry saw dust off of tools and surfaces. However, even with the narrowest attachment, it does not generate enough burst or narrowly focused pressure to efficiently handle heavier tasks like blowing dirt and debris out of computer keyboards or off of outdoor toys.

Excellent duster. I've owned it for a few years now and have had no issues.
