This works as well as the name brand product. It has all the same antibiotic ingredients in it as well as the pramoxine which is a topical anesthetic to help settle down the pain of the scrape, cut, burn or injury. Effective infection control with pain control, too - what more could we want? Having 4 tubes is nice because I can have one in the first aid kit, one in my purse, and one in my husband's briefcase and a spare tube for wherever and whenever it might be needed. My husband works with some clumsy people who seem to smash their finger in a door or in a desk drawer a couple of times each week, his secretary once managed to staple the reports together and then somehow managed to staple two of them to the top of her hand, it seems like someone shows up at his office door at least once a day "Hey boss, have you got that magic ointment with you? I leaned into a board with an exposed nail and now I'm bleeding. That stuff worked so great last time, when I smashed my pinky with the claw edge of the hammer, that I think it should fix this little cut just fine. Thanks!" Everyone knows he always has the antibiotic ointment in his case so they just head right over to his office whenever they need some. One year, we gave all of his employees their own tube of this wonderful antibiotic and pain relief ointment at Christmas time (easy to do at this awesome price!) yet everyone still went to his office when they had smashed a finger or stapled something to themselves because when they took their own tube home, their families all nabbed it for their first aid kits! I like to carry mine with me, too, because I have to wash my hands or use hand sanitizer frequently throughout the day so my hands get dry and I end up with hangnails. Smoothing a little bit of this around my nails and cuticles helps to both prevent and treat those pesky hangnails, which can be painful at times (how can something so small sting and throb so much?) so I really appreciate that pramoxine! My family appreciates how effective this product is, we like not having to pay a fortune for it, we like the fact that it arrive quickly when we order it. We highly recommend this product and this seller!

I am quite impressed with this product! It works just as well as the very expensive Neosporin with pain relief. My grandson calls it the "magic cream." I have horrible seasonal eczema , is very painful and this helps! I cover my hands with a mixture of this & Vaseline with gloves.

I put this stuff on everything! Yes, it’s seems like a perfectly effective first aid product, but I use it everywhere that needs a tiny bit of generic, non toxic grease to keep things working. I keep tubes in the car, garage, workshop, garden shed, anywhere convenient for tools, hose fittings, even outdoor lightbulb threads.
