It reads only in C degrees not F degrees....very disappointing....please see update below..
This item was supposed to read in both C and F degrees....it is stuck in C degrees as it's default...and won't read in F degrees....useless to me as having to convert it's reading to F degrees!!Update.....I did finally get it to convert to F degrees (only because) of viewing this item (once again) online at the Amazon sales page which did explain in detail just how to do it....that being said...it is now functional and satisfactory.....however...the enclosed instructions (with the unit, itself) still remain useless..

It didn't work properly
Either it was not accurate... or my entire family is DEAD. the Temps it displays is extremely low.We returned it and went with the Braun... more expensive but far more accurate... was replacing a previous Braun with a cheaper alternative... BIG BIG mistake. Our previous Braun lasted 15 years before it quit... oops.

I love the ease of this and knowing the temperature of your child (or spouse) within seconds while they are sleeping is wonderful!

Que el producto no funciona correctamente
Recibí el producto con el empaque en mal estado al colocarle las pilas me di cuenta que no funcionaba correctamente
