Aside from the gold colored scales, this hobo knife is identical to the small hobo knife found elsewhere for $3.99 or so, as you can see in the picture I've provided. Right down to the loose scales, it is identical. I've been looking for a small good quality hobo knife to carry in my lunch box. This isn't it. Save your money because this is not nearly worth the price tag.

I am a fan of hobo knives. I buy a great deal of them for gifts. This is a nice knife, but over priced. For full disclosure, I did have a few and issue with the colored metal casing as one side was detached. It took some super glue, some frustration and some sore fingers to get it to how it should have been, but I suppose that happens occasionally and most of them probably won't have that issue.

I have several of these by other brands, this one disappoints me, too small and seems flimsy time will tell.
