Worked on an MW600
Packaging was decent but it didn't contain instructions. It was fairly easy to figure out how to add it to my old Sony Ericsson Bluetooth Headset (MW600)--just put it on right in place without disassembling anything. I can see why the original was so easy to lose in the first place.
