A strap has already broken on it Not worth the money

I like the fact that this rolling backpack is sturdy than most. My 5th grader daughter started using it at start of school year this August and I’m pleased that the net on the side of the bag holding the water bottle is still intact and the garter still scrunching up. The only reason for 4 stars is because I thought the 19in is already big enough to hold her books, notebook and chromebook. We probably should get the 21 in next time to fit more stuff in although that would make the bag heavier. Overall though, my daughter like the design of the bag and the matching lunchbag too!

I don't write many reviews, but I am very happy with this purchase. The backpack seems well made and very sturdy. No hanging threads, cheap plastic or flimsy parts. It is more pricey, but after over a month of use, we're very happy with it. We had a small issue with the backpack and the customer service went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this product!

Backpack was nice, quality was pretty good, however the design on the sides for the water bottles didn’t have a good design. The two main pockets were in between the water bottle mesh holder and it made it extremely difficult to open the backpack. Even more so when you try to pull binder, folders or any items in and out of the pockets. That design was a total bummer for us. My daughter and I really struggled with it. If it wasn’t for that, I would’ve given it 5 stars. Unfortunately it wasn’t functional for us. Thankfully we were still in the return time frame so I was able to return it.
