There’s nothing wrong with the product to give a bad rep to the distributor. I just read a lot of reviews that said that 20 pounds was too heavy, That their wife could hardly lift her leg And that 12 pounds was perfect. I was going to purchase the 20 pound originally but because of the reviews I bought the 15lb, Thinking about how I like my 15 pound cat sitting on me for comfort. I think the 15 feels good, but I also don’t think I would Be offended at the 20 or 30 pound. I have doubled this up And still enjoy the comfort. It’s honestly not that heavy just being a 15 pound. I can move my legs around comfortably. I honestly wish I would have doubled the weight And went with a 20 or 30 pound like I originally thought for some pressure, as a sidenote, I am 5’8” 200lbs. I might gift this to a friend with depression and get A bigger size since I got the twin size, And get a higher weight. But otherwise, I am satisfied.
