This phone is like a new phone - perfect. I even thought it might be ex stock and not refurbished. Came complete with charger, and the needle like instrument for accessing Sim cards. Great.

Has been purchased as a gift for Christmas. But is a great phone as I've got one. Got a good deal and won't cost a fortune as no contract

Item received in time and very good condition. However the courier left the item outside the front door nit in the porch. After having a parcel going missing with Yodel. I am not best pleased with this. On checking my e.mails it is stated the parcel was handed to the home owner, some how I think this is nit true, the parcel was not left with me or my family. The phone is working well and in very good condition.

I needed to upgrade an older phone and have purchased refurbs from a well known branded supplier and never had a problem. I was also recommended to use Amazon - hence the purchase of this S20FE.Delivery was prompt the phone looks in excellent condition and appears to be working fine, although does eat through battery . However the real issue is clearly the supplier had not wiped the phone clean. I had a number of texts messages belonging to a previous owner and more worryingly i found full access to the previous owners archive of document on Adobe inc address, statements , salary slips and even divorce papers. I also had the email address of the previous owner pinged to me. I have wiped everything and deleted everything i could find. But it makes me wonder was this a genuine refurb or was it lost and found or was it stolen...only the supplier would know. I wouldn't trust Amazon again with this type of purchase... back to Music Magpie for me !

I would never have guessed this item is refurbished. The screen, back and sides are pristine - not even a the tiniest scratch. Battery life seems great so far. Very happy customer.

The phone exceeded my expectations, it arrived swiftly and in mint condition. Can't find a single scratch on it, very impressed. Battery life is good, finger print scanner etc. all work seemlessly. Thumbs up!

Absolutely appalling battery life with default configuration, no idea what Samsung were thinking or if there's even any chat between software and hardware development. This is our fault as consumers for accepting this performanceVery close to sending it back until I went through some options, some more esoteric than others, and now getting a very healthy screen-on-time with I do not think much compromise. I do not game or anything on it though so your mileage may vary
