I have a FlexVolt battery but if I didn't I would be a little hesitant to buy this combo because of my OCD even though the Dcd999 is plenty powerful with regular XR batteries. I do like the 5ah batteries in general because they work well and have a good form factor. This came with the best single charger that dewalt makes too, the 8ah fast fan cooled charger.

El impacto igual es de mucha calidad y se siente bien construido, su desempeño igual es muy bueno, mucha potencia. Yo las compre para trabajo domestico, pero se ve que estan diseñadas para un trabajo profecional, se ven muy durables. Como dato curioso la lampara del taladro se puede prender por periodos de 20 minutos aunque no estes usando el taladro. Me resulto muy util durante un apagon.

I bought these to replace my old drill and driver. Exactly the same, just 5 years old and starting to get funky. They are a good quality for a good price. I use them every day so I stick with what works well.

Have ordered a few different Amazon Dewalt bundles, the prices are always as good or better than we can get locally and it shows up in 2 days to our house. Great product as well. We use them for work so they don't last forever, but the batteries are great and for 2-3 years they do hold up.
