I absolutely love this! I didn't realize that it was going to be this large but this is definitely my fault for not checking! Now i need to buy a smaller one for the road:)

As a singer I often get "tired" vocal chords and this product was recommended to me by a professional actor.A tad expensive maybe for what it is and time will tell if it will help. If it does it's worth every penny!

The product is absolutely fine. The problem I had was with the courier DFD. l checked the tracker information when the product didn't arrive on the stated date, and it said that the delivery had been rescheduled according to my instructions, when in fact l had not been in contact with anyone to reschedule. When l contacted DFD they advised an attempt had been made to deliver the Steamer, when l was not at home. However l advised DFD that no card had been left to advise me of this. l was able to confirm a delivery time for the next day and the steamer duly arrived within the allotted time period.

I had vocal cord surgery and needed to steam my vocal cords 5 times a day and a towel over a bowl was messy and made me hot and bothered. I hesitated to buy this as it was expensive, but am so pleased I did. It is absolutely perfect for the job. Don't overfill it, top it up as the boiling water cools. It delivers the steam straight to the back of my throat, is comfortable and easy to use and is soothing for my vocal cords and I am told the steam encourages blood supply, which speeds up healing. Anyone looking to steam their vocal cords, this will do the trick.

I bought this as a present for my son-in-law who has a great voice and loves to sing. He has found it a great help. His nephew who is becoming a professional singer uses it as well - swears by it.
