Mello Silicone Cushion Compatible with Apple Magic Mouse 1 & 2 (Tuxedo Black)

I LOVE the scrolltop of my Apple mouse, but the poor design of the Mac mouse has been gradually becoming quite painful on my hand and wrist. I shopped around for a different ergonomic mouse but I couldn't find anything that I (or my budget) liked, so I decided to give this Mello product a try. Wow. I am so glad I did! Despite how it feels funny at first and how it makes my mouse look like it's about to give birth, I no longer have sharp or cramping pains from using my mouse! The Mello doesn't interfere at all with the Apple mouse scroll top and it's also a fraction of the cost of a new mouse! Does the Mello turn your Mac mouse into the most amazing ergonomic mouse on the planet? Nope. But it helps more than I expected it would, and I am very satisfied!

It really helps with the ergonomic design. However, the glue is not the best. I don't want to say it's bad, but I'm guessing 2=3 years is a good lifetime?

Extremely useful. I was hesitant to use the magic mouse before applying this silicone cushion on the mouse . Now I can use the mouser for a longer time and my palm , fingers , and wrist doesn’t hurt as it used to. Definitely advise using this product .

Seems like a great idea, but it felt too big/tall for my petite hand. It made it feel uncomfortable to scroll and click. Maybe if there were different sizes (small, medium, large)? It didn't fit my palm the way I needed it to for it to be more ergonomic. My hand didn't rest properly and I tried multiple positions. It was a little tricky to peel off. I used a plastic kitchen scraper and wedged it under, but some of the sticky residue was left on the mouse. I tried rubbing alcohol, but that only helped a little. I always turn to my trusty orange essential oil to get rid of sticky residue and that did the trick. I unfortunately will be returning this.

Now my wrist can chill, the tasks pile up. Aching hands, where ?? Just need to double check direction before you install!!

I was honestly a little nervous about attaching something with an adhesive back to my Magic Mouse 1 (the one with the removable batteries), but this thing is great! The Magic Mouse is not naturally an ergonomic mouse and this attachment helps so much with wrist and palm strain. I love my Magic Mouse and was borderline considering swapping to a non-Apple mouse due to the ergonomic issues. Getting this attachment saved me from doing that! It fits the mouse perfectly with no overlapping on the edges. Also, the brand name is sort of engraved at the front part of the cusion, which is a good fidget thing for me to play with as I'm looking through whatever I'm doing on my computer. Probably not an intentional use, but I think it's a great design!

Hi everyone, I bought this hoping that it will make my Magic Mouse more ergonomic, but it did not. First, it adds the mouse extra weight (noticeable) so when you move the mouse, your palm get tired very quickly. Also you loose area of touch which results in worse scrolling. Also the product description or answers said that silicone easily removes and doesn't leave any spots but look at the photo, it does leave some bad sticky material. But thankfully I could clean it using some wet tissue (took me few minutes). Seriously, after removing the silicone, I noticed that the Magic Mouse is best ergonomic when it doesn't have anything attached to it. So don't buy this product.

This product is brilliant and a must. The Apple Magic Mouse 2 is the most uncomfortable mouse I have ever used. Within hours of using it for the first time, I began getting numb fingers and Mouse Elbow, the bane of gamers. I understand what Apple was trying to do when they created the Magic Mouse. However, sleek and minimalist design often does little for ergonomics and comfort. The only reason I purchased their mouse was for the Gestures. As far as I know, aftermarket mice do not offer this feature. Fortunately, I discovered the Mello Silicone Cushion. This simple-to-install, chunky, and softish accessory solved all the problems I mentioned. It also added a bit of weight to the mouse, which I prefer, and it is made of what appears to be a very durable material. Now, I can rest my hand on my mouse, discomfort-free for hours on end. I also appreciate the holographic sticker on the packet. Good stuff.

When looking through all the reviews for this item, almost everyone spoke about how the full functionality of the apple mouse works and doesnt hinder its usage, however in my experience the right click doesnt work anymore once attached with the Mello silicone cushion. All clicks becomes left clicks and its very counter productive if you are a heavy user of the Mac. I’m surprised nobody brought this up at all. For this single reason I’m giving it a 1 star as the right click is the most basic and fundamental use of the mouse, and hence I returned the mouse.

Esperaba que ayudará un poco con la ergonomía del mouse perola verdad no fue así. Cambia un poco en cuanto al agarre pero en si no ayuda mucho en la ergonomía. Creo ya es un tema que Apple y el diseño del mouse. Quizás también tiene que ver que mi mano es grande. A lo mejor en manos de una chica tenga mejores resultados.
