Since I have limited access to fruits and vegetables and consistent sources for minerals and metals, I tried my luck with a range of multivitamins. This is by far the greatest brand I have ever had.Most brands' strategy with multivitamins is to overdo it with every single possible mineral and vitamin they can fit in a pill. This unnecessary excursiveness overwhelms the body and you end up digesting barely half the stuff in the pill because the rest is too much to dissolve.This, however, has less quantity but a million times more quality with the content. My blood circulation has been smoother, my hair has been growing thicker and longer, my nails have been coming faster and cleaner, and my muscles feel a lot more lively throughout the day.Easily the best out of all multivitamins I have tried and probably the most worth the price. Plus it does not use pork gelatin which is fantastic for Muslims like myself.
