MoiraBeauty Mega Waterproof Concealer 100, Vanilla

I love most of Moira's skincare and makeup that I've tried. It's been hard to find this particular shade locally & ordering direct from Moira was going to take too long.I don't wear foundation so I want concealer that's mostly full coverage under eyes, but that can blend outward into bare skin and look natural. This concealer doesn't cause my mascara to smudge under my eyes either, like oily concealers do, nor does it streak when I caught in the rain. I have extremely dry skin so I do apply light beauty oil before putting on makeup, however this concealer is dense, even though it's lightweight, so I'm not sure it would easily blend into my skin without some sort of moisturizer.
