How do I reset the timer back to 0?

Press both H and M button, and it will reset the time back to 0, (firstly press button H, and do not release, next press M)

If you have already start pomodoro timing, and need to adjust cycle times, you need to pause the timing, then reset the parameters: ( you need to re enter it, but it will not take much time) press "ST/SP" to pause timing, next long press "set" button again to enter into setting it, the sequence is: working time - rest time- cycle The default system working time is 25 minutes, and default rest time is 5 minutes.
