It came quick and it s a good book

I use Alex Anderson's books as a text for my new Sewing Students. All of her books are great for beginners of any age. You really have to start at the beginning because the Public Schools do not teach Homemake to High School students any longer.

Alex Anderson is a creative natural. Her book "Fabric Shopping with Alex Anderson" explained everything about color and print selection that I needed to know. I would recommend this book to any sewer, young or older.

Great book to help with establishing your stash: Ideas, colors, and amounts. it helps you understand that stash-building is does not have to be willy-nilly.
