I was introduced to Kerbey Lane more than 45 years ago in Austin, TX. Loved their pancakes, and starting buying their mix in bulk when I found it available in stores and online. Their mix has the essential ingredients that I like in a mix - malted barley, baking powder, and fresh vanilla, and I go an added step occasionally and mix with a water/whole buttermilk mix for different texture (never found a good instant buttermilk. Haven't seen their flavored mix online in a while, which is unfortunate. Their Lemon Poppyseed, and Gingerbread mixes were fantastic as well, but can't find them in stores anymore in my area.

Taste great and easy to make

I have been searching all over for a good pancake mix that my family liked. Its been tough going trying everything under the sun. This one hit the spot. The recipe is a little mealy so I did cut the mix with a little extra water than called for on the bag. The ground vanilla beans in the mix makes for an interesting flavor and makes the overall pancakes very unique. Large size bag has allowed me to fix a number of wagon wheels for the family for several weekends running. I would definitely recommend this pancake mix!

Best pancake mix out there. Don't trust a mix that uses water only, gotta have an egg in it. Makes light, tasty hotcakes, and waffles. Way better than Krusteaz or even Bisquick.

I would not recommend buying this product. My order just arrived today, and the package of pancake mix was open at the top, so I lost some in the Amazon box and don’t trust using the mix. Also, the other reviewer was correct (I took a chance in buying anyways bc I thought maybe he/she was wrong), but the Nutrition Facts on this package don’t match the image posted - inaccurate description. There ARE 300 mg of sodium in 1/4 cup of mix, and no one eats just one pancake! Lastly, there are no returns accepted on this product, so if you have issues like I did, you can’t do anything about it.

The taste is good, but the sodium content on the package is more then what was in the description on Amazon. I bought it because I thought the sodium content was lower.

Kerbey Lane’s pancake mix is my go to! I’ve tried a bunch over the years and they’ve been mediocre. Kerbey’s has a great taste and feels much cleaner than other brands I’ve used. Highly recommend!

best pancake mix we tried! Now, we make it every sunday morning. Our 2 year old keeps asking for more. We add some oat and wheat bran to the mix, and it's still moist and awesome!
