I absolutely love this new battery. About 1-1/2 times the capacity as the original (2900, if I remember correctly). I put it in the day I got it. The next morning I made sure it was charged all the way to 100%, then went to work at 1:00am (I drive for my job). I played music for 6 hours straight without plugging it into the charger. When I got home, I was still at 91%. I then used it all morning surfing the web, playing a couple games, etc. When I went to bed around 6pm, I still hadn’t put it on the charger and it was at 76%. VERY impressed with this battery. The install wasn’t really hard. I watched a few different videos on YouTube until I found one that I felt explained the removal and installation processes well enough that I trusted myself to proceed. It was my first time changing a phone battery and it went smoothly.

Everything you need is included....follow the YouTube instructions for your specific iPhone. Do the battery swap out in a very well lit area. The screws are insanely small. When I open the iPhone I found that the haptic drive cable was broken, I went ahead and swapped out the battery, close the iPhone. I then ordered the haptic drive from Amazon for five dollars, go to the next day and open the iPhone back up and installed it. Again everything went wonderfully, be patient, steady hand , Great product. Pointers: purchase a small magnetized dish for the micro screws are you remove them. You can also purchase replacement micro screws on amazon for you iPhone ($5.00ish) I would recommend, in case one of the micro screws is lost.

Guys I’m absolutely blown away at how amazing this battery has been!! It truly lasts longer than the original and works great with my iPhone 7 Plus! No error messages and easy to install. I recently bought some old iPhone 7’s for my kiddos and will be going with this brand again. Highly recommend!

Battery lasted around 3.5 years. Time to retire the phone. Kit came with everything to install. Gave 4 stars because i feel the original battery was a tad better, but this one did get the job done, would buy again.

Battery and installation kit is great! Not so great is Apple's proclivity to make what should be a dead simple battery replacement such a chore. Inventing a new special pentalobe security screw to try and keep people out. Gluing a glass screen in place that needs to be heated and pried and cut out. Inventing yet another custom tri-fluted screw to require another needlessly necessary tool. And lastly, attaching an already captively held battery in place with such excessive, needless aggressively sticky adhesive strips purportedly designed to be able to stretch and pull out which don't when they break. This ends up requiring more prying and bending on something that shouldn't be pried and bent, like the unbending sheet of glass of the screen, just to get it out. After suffering through all that drama, it's great to have a long-life battery again.

It worked fine for a few hours, then suddenly the battery died. I plugged it in to charge, but it wouldn't charge. It says it's charging, it only turns on for about a minute, only charges to 1%, and then dies again. Terrible battery, don't waste your money.

I could tell this replacement battery has a bit bigger capacity than the original one, but no way it's a 4600 mAh! I already went through 3 complete charging cycles, and the battery life is still not as good as expected. During light load use (i.e. browsing web, running some banking apps etc), 10% is gone within 20-25 mins. And if I watch Youtube video with my phone, 15-18% capacity could be gone within the same time interval. So it could easily get drained in 3-4hours with combined light and some heavier use on a continuous basis. Of course if the phone is on standby most of the day it will last you for the whole day, this I m pretty sure. So is it better than the stock battery? Maybe, but only slightly, definitely it's not rated at 4600 mAh. Truly overrated product! But if you wanna revive the phone with a new battery with similar performance compared to the factory one, this is not bad. But don't expect it will last a lot longer than the stock one. Anyways iPhone 7 is going out of official support by the end of this year, so this is a cheap solution to hang in there before getting a more recent iPhone next year.

This battery has noticeably improved the time a charge lasts. The battery health was showing that the phone was using 140% +/- a day. Now is it back to around 100%. It has definitely extended the life of the phone. It is also not the same as a new phone. That has a lot to do with the hardware not being designed for the demands of the latest software. This battery’s larger capacity makes the phone seem several years newer. If you have not replaced an iPhone battery, watch a video online before ordering to make sure you are comfortable taking apart and working with the small screws and cables. This came with what I needed. It also helps to have a place to put screws while working. I also used a hairdryer to soften the glue to allow for disassembly. Have a solvent and something to clean off glue residue so you can replace the seal too. I am considering buying another to replace the battery in my other iPhone 7 Plus after having it replaced one year ago at an authorized shop. I was disappointed in the lack of increase in battery life for that repair and had hoped for the life that my wife is seeing with using this battery. It the few weeks we have had this it appears to have been worth the money and I was pleased that it had the tools and replacement seal for the phone.

I have been replacing batteries an iPhone since the first iphone was released. I have NEVER revived such a well presented battery or such nice included extras. The screwdrivers is lovely to hold and solid metal. I’ll use that for years to come. The tweezers are nicer than the ones I have been using and even the splurger is much nicer and more solid than any plastic one I’ve used. The battery it’s self is well protected during shipping and is a breeze it install. I suggest only use one adhesive strip as easy to replace in future if needed. Don’t hesitate to use this company if you need to replace an iPhone. They even included we code link to instructions for your phone!

Subjectively, the battery does not appear to last longer than the original as would be expected by the claimed capacity compared to the original’s capacity, but I would say that it lasts at least as long as the original. Nicely complete kit to make the replacement. I studied the YouTube video to which they provide a link (and I looked up some others there, too) and I had no problem changing the battery. The original battery, at five years old, had no practical life left, and so was getting very frustrating to the point of not being useful. It’s like having a new phone now! I definitely recommend!

I went from charging my phone 3 even 6 times a day to literally charging it once at night! Really recommend this if your battery isn’t what it used to be. Installation isn't that hard but definitely look up the process on youtube before tackling this. PS: pulling the glue tabs under the battery was the hardest part, I can't stress this enough keep the tabs as flat as possible when pulling them!

It charges my iphone 100% but it retains the battery power for few minutes around 30 minutes or so. Very frustrating.
