These sleep masks are really comfortable and block out light well, which has helped improve my sleep quality. The fabric feels soft against the skin and the adjustable strap fits securely without being too tight. They’re lightweight and breathable, perfect for travel or home use.

I have never tried these till now but my cat keeps opening my curtains at night and am waking up at early hours in total daylight and cannot sleep so thought would try them. I suffer from migraines so also thought might work for them but in fact it was the opposite , I used them twice and both mornings woke up with a headache! They are really soft and you can adjust the size at the back to not be tight but my head does not like them, I recommend them for anyone who does not get headaches but if your like me it might not work which am gutted about to be honest as really comfy and well made.

Well made, nice size, covers my eyes perfectly. Because of this I don't have to tighten them, making uncomfortable pressure on your eyes. Thick enough so no light gets through. Silk is so soft and comfortable, I don't get sweaty eyes forcing me to remove it after an hour like I do with satin. Beautiful colours too, I would definitely recommend
