Instructions said to put hot wire on gold screw and ground on silver screw. Problem is both screws were silververy good company. I accidentally ordered wrong plug receptacle, 250 volt plug instead of 125 volt plug. Was able to call company and explain what happened. They sent me a new correct plug within 3 days at no charge. Unusual to be able to call companies anymore. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This receptacle is built well. The problem was that it is difficult to disconnect the plug from the receptacle. I tried two different plugs and both plus were hard to disconnect (after turning the plug to unlock). I will be returning this product.
