Supportive but easy to use
I really like this suit. It’s great for protecting my hips which is what I got it for. It also gives a nice little pop out of the hole on squats for some overload without being too hard to learn or messing with my groove like heavier suits would. I also like it for heavy deadlifts. I just wear it with the straps down for them so I don’t have any problems getting down to the bar. Overall it’s well worth the money especially if you’ve been lifting a while and have cranky hips

Extremely tight and no stretch
Not sure about the sizing! Bought a 42, and compared to my other two suits it’s easily 6 inches smaller. Definitely plan to size up!
