I feel bad for the others who had unfavourable experiences with these pens,....all my pens worked and were in excellent condition when I received them. These pens were comfortable to use and made life easier. They lasted a long time and did not smudge. They came in the box and were in good shape.....Thank you Amazon for a good packing job. I got a box for myself and one for my mother. We both love these pens. When you write with these pens you won't go back to your other pens!!

There was nothing wrong with the actual product, I love these pens but when I opened my package, the box was damaged and I was missing pens. I don't know if it was a lack of care on the driver's part or on the warehouse but when I buy new, I expect new. I just didn't appreciate opening it up and having all the pens fall out on my kitchen table because the bottom of the box was damaged.

En général, je suis satisfaite du produit, jusqu'à présent.Il y a eu le bon nombre de crayon dans la boite.Cependant en ouvrant mon colis, j'ai été déçue. La boite était toute ouverte et les crayons étaient éparpillés.Je vous recommande quand même le produit.
