Works perfectly.

It works perfectly and is a good replacement charger but the only issue is that it doesn’t charge while I’m using the computer I have to close the computer so it’ll charge. The charger doesn’t get hot or overheat. The length is a good length. It seems to be very durable for the time being.

It works so well for my computer and have not had any issues with heat. It is very light weight and durable. I do wish it was a bit longer but for the money it’s great!

Worked like a charm for my husbands old HP Chrome. He’s happy because he had some things on there that he needed years later for work….Highly Recommend

Update: I sent a message to the folks at Athye, complaining that both laptop chargers failed after 3+ months and they stood by their 1 year warranty (asking me to send them pictures of the charger and of my laptop model# on the bottom of my computer, and upon receipt gave me a full refund). That's great customer service! See original problem below._____________________________________I bought two of these charging adapters to replace an adapter that my wife lost. Initially, both of the adapters worked fine but within 3 months the first replacement adapter began acting "flaky", sometimes not charging. I'd check the connections, take them apart and put them back together again tightly and it would work for a few minutes, then stop charging. The same thing happened to the second adapter a few weeks later and within 6 months both of them are useless. I had hoped to get a good buy but sadly, I just purchased a couple of cheaply made adapters. Durability is terrible.

Purchased this Adapter Laptop charger July 25,2024. It stopped working December 26,2024. My husband works from home two days a week. He has the manufacture HP Elite Book cord at the office and this cord at his home office desk. The cord has not been moved or toted around in a backpack. The cord just sits on his desk in his home office to use two days a week. He was to work from home today but could not get his computer to charge and had to go in to the office to see what the issue was - plugged in his computer at work desk and it worked just fine.
