The tip look old with no foil
I assume that the kit goes with the foil only to found out its only the housing and tip. Also, one of the three tip looks old and the pain is peeling off

There are 3 different sizes of blade and foil to start you off

takes a bit of practice to line up the foil, but getting there!
Love this product, really handy having the practice sheets, as it does take a bit of practice. If doing stickers use a shape the size of the foil sheet, 6x4, and print it out with your stickers, this way you know where the foil should sit.

Bought this tip to do foil on cards. Works well. However, you must fully tape your foil down or it will not work well. There were no instructions to tell you to do this and since I am new to Cricut, I just put a bit of tape on all four sides, so as not to damage my project. My foil was not fully transferred on my practice card.
