Great Guitar
Beautiful and vibrant in colors electric guitar. This was a gift for my fiancé as he had been looking for a vibrant blue guitar. He was stunned by the attention to detail in the guitar and the craftsman's work. He plays in a post-hardcore band and absolutely enjoys this guitar. It functions as it should. The guild has a nice build quality and plays effortlessly. I think that this was a great purchase for the price.

Very nice guitar
This is a beautiful guitar. It doesn’t feel cheap and it plays pretty nice. Good quality nice and light. My only thing with it is that the pickups sound a tiny bit muddy with distortion. I can live with it though. It does sound amazing on clean channels. I will eventually switch out the pickups for something better. I am very happy with the guitar. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely Beautiful Guitar for a Bargain!
What really drew me in was the incredible look of this guitar. It has a high-quality aesthetic just by it’s looks. The blue burst color is just so unique and it stands out among my other guitars. I firmly believe in the idea of buying an instrument that makes you want to pick it up and play it. This one certainly does that for me!Enough about aesthetics, let’s talk build quality. So first and foremost you can’t expect top of the line with a budget/intro guitar like this. However, I will say that I was thoroughly impressed by it.Pros:It’s comfortable to play. The body style and shape are fairly versatile and comfortable for all players either standing or sitting. It’s a great beginner instrument just for this. The neck shape. I personally like the shape of this next. To me, it doesn’t feel super thin but it’s also not too thick and chunky. It has a good balance and feels relatively easily to play.Toggle switch. Pretty awesome to have a 5-way selector switch to really switch up your tone. All of my previous HH setup guitars just had a 3-way, but I like the versatility of the 5-way on this. The hip shot style bridge. Never had one like this before but I like the design. It’s alright for what it is and I certainly prefer it over the meticulousness of a cheap tremolo system on many budget guitars.Somewhat cons these aren’t necessarily bad but just not up to snuff:The tuners. They aren’t bad they’re just fine. Don’t expect the greatest stability ever but you might be surprised that they aren’t total trash. The fretwork. It’s a bit rough in spots. Of the guitars I own this is the only one that I can feel a bit of inconsistency and rough edges on the metal edges of the frets. As in, running my fingers along the edges of the neck I can feel some frets that feel tougher than others. Perhaps my biggest gripe when it comes to playability and quality.Pickups. Again, these are fine and they do the job. I think the neck has a pretty warm sound especially on a dialed in clean channel. Metal and rock on the bridge can get a bit muddy, and when comparing them to actives, they just don’t have as much bite and punch in a distorted tone. They still do the job and having a 5 way switch sort of makes up for them since you can get a bit more variation.Overall though, you can’t really beat this value. It’s a fantastic looking instrument that sounds good, and plays pretty well. Barring the few quality control issues, you’re getting a name brand guitar that’s going to hold up and be great for either a beginner who’s just starting, or an advanced musician that just needs a beat around guitar.

Absolutely Incredible Instrument!
5 stars! Gorgeous finish. Incredibly smooth neck and the Purple Heart fretboard is amazing. Lightweight and versatile. Pictures cannot do this beauty justice. I've owned many guitars over the last 30 years and I have to admit that this one tops the chart. The best guitar you can buy for the price point. Plays like a $400+ Ibanez without the pinch in the wallet. These are HOT with many other retailers having them on back-order so if you can pick one up, better do it quick! Two thumbs WAY up!!

Excellent choice for beginners!
Not much to dislike about it. Very good guitar for beginners. I did a little fret & nut adjustment to lower the action, but it’s just something I do to all of my guitars. The factory setting wasn’t bad at all. Love the tone!
