Are these supposed to be closer to a nude color because mine arrived closer to a pink color.

nude color, not pink. the pink ones are pretty pink. I like both.

What are the instructions to wash & dry label in chinese?

Mine don't have Chinese instructions, just the little care symbols which are by now hard to decipher. I generally wash warm and tumble dry, have had minor shrinkage and bought them large for this reason.

they are cotton - cotton will shrink depending on the amount of heat used for cleaning. I hand wash mine in body temperature water and line dry inside the house - I haven't seen any shrinkage in several washes. If they do shrink you can stretch them back out by washing in warm water then stretching them while they dry. I've lengthened T-shirt by 4 inches by hanging weights on the hem and letting the shirt dry on a hanger. Something similar will work on panties. Hang them from a sturdy hanger by the waist band, then hook a spray bottle on the crotch, add or subtract water from the bottle to get the amount of stretch you want. (the spray bottle has a built-in hook, can also use a milk jug and a piece of rope) Stretching works best on fabrics with cotton content. 100% cotton is perfect
