The order was fine and easy to install. I have used these before.

I purchased another 3 pack of filters I have been purchasing for my Samsung Refrigerator for years now and they would not work. The problem I was having was I could not get the new filter to go into the mounting bracket and turn to lock it in place. Comparing the new filters to the filter I removed showed that the mounting lock tabs on the filter's housing had changed shape from the previous filters with the same model number. After considerable research and two visits by an applience repair tech it turns out that Samsung changed the shape of the filter locking tabs and the newly designed filter would not work with the mounting assembly. The mounting assembly needed to be replaced to work with the updated filter lock tabs. Something to do with the lock rings inside the filter mount. Once the mount had been replaced with the updated part number the filter worked fine. I even purchased an OEM Samsung filter to compare the physical shape of the mounting tabs with the Refresh filters. They were identical. FYI - with the new mount assembly and new filter it is extremely hard to push the filter up into the mounting assembly and then turn it to lock it in. But it does work with no leaks and excellent tasting water and excellent clarity. During this time I worked with John in their customer service. John was great to work with and even though by their product listings I had the correct filters he believed me when I said they would not go into the mounting assembly and was very willing to allow me to return the filters even though I had tried to install one of them and at his suggestion, open a second filter to try to see if I could get that one to work. Excellent customer service! As it has turned out I will be keeping these filter to use at the next filter change. I hope this review helps those of you having the same problem that I did. Shame on Samsung for not educating their customers about this required change of the filter mount assembly so the updated filter mounts will work. This filter does provide excellent tasting water with exceptional clarity. I will purchase again from this company. Thank you to John for all his help with this.

I use filtered water mainly for cooking, ice, dog’s water bowl, but not much for drinking. It’s tricky removing old filter, but was fairly easy to install new one. Good value to purchase three at a time since needs to be replaced every six months.
