Good quality, good price and shipped quickly. I was not paying attention to the measurements. Did not mean to buy 8.5x14 (legal size). But, I will use it so I am giving the 5 stars that it deserves. Me, I give one star!

Paper was a little thin, but it does say 20-pounds. I ordered same day delivery and I got it on the same day in the middle of a snow storm!
