Veronese Design 20 fl oz Norse World Tree Yggdrasil Stein Tanker Cold Cast Resin Antique Bronze Finish

I got this as a 19th Anniversary gift for my German/Irish American spouse. 19 being the bronze anniversary, irish knots, beer stein - it all makes sense. It does come well packaged, no damage to the mug itself, but the gift box is not in a shipping box so that was damaged. I need to wrap it anyhow, but think it could be shrink wrapped it or package it just a little better. The other reason is because it is covered in stickers - mailing label, some kind of huge bar scan label, a product label, and another mailing code label of some sort. None of the labels came off easily so it's kind of a sticky mess. I'm going to wrap it and go with it, but I would suggest the seller use a plain cardboard box for mailing, then a thinner gift box inside so it can be removed for wrapping. There is not real value in spending all that money on the nice exterior cardboard box that is just going to be slashed and stickered up. I do think this would more often be bought for someone as a gift.All that said, the mug is great. And I was hoping this would be the case because it is not clear from the description, but there is a stainless, dishwasher safe tumbler, not insulated, that fits into the stein itself. The stein is not dishwasher safe and not food safe from what I can tell. You would clean it with a soft cloth really vs scrubbing at it in the sink. So, the tumbler is really easy to use and then lift out for cleaning. I think he will love it.

I bought this as a Father's Day gift and my dad absolutely loved it. Very nice quality. I would reccomend!!
