The best!
I saw some mixed reviews, but I can confirm that this ointment works wonders. I took a schnauzer in that had constant seeping like conjunctivitis from both of her eyes. She came with a prescription that didn't seem to work at all. This ointment cleared up the issue in two treatments. I highly recommend. I bought 2 tubes, and it will probably expire but I am fine with it because it worked and was money well spent.

Not the right ointment at all!
I just received this & it's liquid like a little thicker than water. A previous tube I purchased as a single tube is most definitely an ointment. Not to mention this stuff is barely yellow. I can't use this. I would NOT recommend & after paying $40 I'm furious!

Eye water ointment
I ordered 2 tubes of it which I have done before from a different seller, the normal stuff is an ointment. This stuff is almost like water. It does not work at all. I don't know if these 2 tubes are bad or what but I saw other ratings and mine were not the only ones bad. I rescue kittens and now I have to wait to return the items to get my money back to order more. So we will be at least a week without medicine for their poor eyes. And now they will get sicker. And more miserable. And there is nothing that I can do about it but watch my babies suffer thanks to your horrible item.

I’m hopeful
May I not give stars? This is a product I bought for my cat. I’ve only been applying it to my cat’s eye for a few days. I don’t know about value, or comfort. It’s easy to use though. One thing I can say is I am hopeful that it will help my cat’s eye infection since the vet’s medicine didn’t do a darned thing except drain my wallet!!! So far, so good.

This saved my Sasha's eyesight! LOVE IT.
This is the first time I am using this product. My Shih Tzu, Sasha is 8 years old and she started developing a fil that was greyish or white-ish, and then the yellow discharge was in the corners of her eyes like someone sneezed in her face. Sorry for the graphic description but it made me nervous. I have 2 Shih-Tzus that I am super protective over. They are together 24/7 so if one gets sick then the other could too. We can't afford to have that happen. However, I was so frightened Sasha was starting to have cataracts in her eyes. I took her for an exam with the Vet, and all she was describing they would have to do to tell me if what I was seeing was cataracts made me almost pass out. She said it might be Dry-Eye because she is a purebred of her breed they inherit that. I got to Googling and learned about KCS which is an infection that can come from dry-eye and other stuff, even an ear infection. but She also had that too. The doc didn't give me that info, and all she did was sell me some expensive ear wash and gave me a train wreck of a treatment plan if I wanted to do it. Needless to say, so I need a new Vet. After a couple of days of Googling one study after another for Dry-eye and Shih Tzu breed dogs. I found medical studies and treatment medications. Once I did that, I found that this has one of those medications in it when searching for treatment on Amazon. I thought let me give it a try. I started on Sasha's eyes the day I got it. That was 8 days ago. The picture on the left from 2 days before this was delivered. Look at her eyes now. I used the flash but that white you see in the left photo literally looked like that. The right photo was in the morning after we all woke up and this just sunlight; You can see her Beautiful Brown eyes. Thank you so much for making this a non-prescription. Also, I haven't used up just 1 tube. I am not sure of the dose so I started by squeezing just enough in the outer corner of her eye with her head tilted back and me above her, then massaging her lids to get in all over her eye. I did this 3-4 times a day. The last one was right before bed so she would close them when she slept and it would really get to work. She was a trooper and had no issue with that. Ok! OK! OK! SO now her eyes look amazing. Don't take my long-drawn-out word for it. Do your research, but it worked for my Sasha and I now don't have to worry about her going blind. Plus I still have about a tube and a half left. So if Coco, my other Shih Tzus eyes do the same, I am armed and ready. Not sure if you can see it but I can see her pupils again. I couldn't before.

Great medication
I have used this eye treatment on several of our cats with always very good results. If the "infection" doesn't clear up within 2 weeks you should take your cat to the vet. They definitely would need an antibiotic shot and eye drops.

Only cured 1 eye
I'm kinda bummed because 2 containers only cured 1 of our Chihuahuas 2 infected eyes and the price is steep. We are now trying colloidal silver and hoping we don't have to fork out another $40. We shall see.
