Yes, much nicer to the touch than plastic.
Why not have a tool with a real wood handle instead of crappy plastic? Nice quality scraper. Worth a few extra bucks for sure.

Great tool
This was a gift to someone who is remodeling, and he does like it. I have a similar one which I find to be invaluable.

Not as depicted in item picture!
I made this purchase of this 5 in 1 tool for one reason and one reason only the brass pin in the image said made in USA. I was very upset to receive a hyde tool that looked just like it with made in China stickers all over it. False advertising, better fix this Amazon!!!

no longer made in the U.S.A
I always paid extra for hyde because they were quality tools made here, in the U.S. Sadly, being a market leader was not enough for the company and they decided to manufacture their tools overseas. Now there is nothing that differentiates their brand from every other diposable one. I might as well throw my money away on the cheaper husky stuff, since they are probably manufactured in the same building. I take pride in my tools, and can no longer support another once-outstanding company as they bend towards the dollar signs and remain an empty husk of what they once were.
