Pokemon 820650814556 TCG: Sun & Moon Lost Thunder Booster Box (Pack of 36)

Shipping was faster than estimated which was great and the box came sealed without any signs of tampering (minus a small tear in the wrapper which probably happened in transit). The pulls weren’t mind blowing (1 ultra rare Lugia, 1 ultra rare Mimikyu, 3 GXs and no secret rares) so the conspiracy theorist in me is a little paranoid but I think I was just unlucky this time. I’ll likely order again and hopefully the pulls will be better.

I had to order this for a second time, the first time the order noted “Slightly damaged box” which I was alright with. What it neglected to mention was that all the packs were already open and all the good cards had been taken already. The second time around they got it right and everything was perfect but I have to ask what the hell happened with that first order. I definitely got gypped since I paid nearly full price at $85 only to receive a package way under the asking price. If I hadn’t wanted the cards so bad I wouldn’t have even bothered with the second order. I guess that’s just the risk you run when buying online, doesn’t mean I can’t leave a mediocre review for it. 5 stars for my second package, but a solid one around the board on the first. I’ve averaged them out for this score

First time I have purchased one of these boxes for my son I was a bit dubious as to whether the box would be untampered but it came sealed and we got a good selection of GX and full art cards. There were also 2 secret rares in the box so my son was very happy. I think this booster box was great value as we have got almost a full base deck and lots of rare cards, more than we got when buying the promo boxes. The 36 single packs also lasted a long time as they were given out a few at a time as a treat.

My booster box's plastic wrapping was ripped in several places, the inner packs did not seem damaged but for people collecting sealed booster boxes, you may want to pick them up at a local game store to ensure the sealed status.
