Quality hardware, lousy software
After reading numerous reviews about this Sling Blade trackball I was so excited to receive mine for Christmas when I tried to set it up initially the mouse portion worked fine but when I tried to set up the Kensington works software it created an error on my system which is a dell OptiPlex and installed a bad data link library DLL onto my computer calling tech-support they sent me a link for an older version of the Kensington works after doing the repairs to the computer and putting things back together found the same issue again calls again to tech-support this time I was given an extensive list of how to uninstall and reinstall their trackball works software which is a much much older version after doing all of the work I went to set up the track Paul through trackball configuration and was extremely disappointed when the software does not recognize my Sling Blade as being a valid product I’ve had it and packing it all up and sending it in for a refund today totally disappointing
