I had this license plate mount installed for more than 10 days, it looks great with no issues.

The Platypus does what it says it does. It mounts the license plate without putting any holes in the bumper cover. One thing that surprised me was the stem that screws into the tow hook finally tightened after going past the bumper cover. I could not get a simple box wrench on it to tighten it. This also caused a slight problem attaching the plate bracket. The angle on the bracket was such that it hit the bumper cover when tightened. I had to bend the plate bracket out away from the bumper cover. One final note is that it is a bit pricey. I would think it could be sold for at least 20 dollars less.

Pros: looks amazing, fits perfectly on my car, easy to install, looks very professional.Cons: a little loose after a LONG while BUT easy to tighten up and be as good as new.It actually is built so that if it does get loose enough it won't just drop off the front of your car ittle catch and dagne till you can tighten it back up good as new.

This is a great device to avoid drilling holes through the bumper cover. I have fitted the mount to my Elantra but you do have to adjust the mount by bending the center bolt portion to get the proper angle to the front of the car. The mount material is very strong and durable so bending to achieve the best angle should not be a problem. I have to admit that the mount price is pretty high, but for me the cost is acceptable to avoid putting holes in the bumper cover. Note: I will be moving from a state that does not have front license plates to one that does, so this device takes some of the pain out of accepting the front plate requirement.

A little rough, but it works. Easy enough to install, but you’ll need an Allen wrench to properly secure the screws. Otherwise instal is super easy. Took 5 minutes on my 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited

I just moved to a state that requires a front license plate and I was definitely not drilling holes in my car to mount the dealers plastic front mount. This mount is perfect. I got it set up in a few minutes and it has stayed put since. Even if the plate comes loose, it's weighted to hang in a way that the plate can't fall off. This is a very good product.

This product works just as described and was super easy to install into the front tow eye of my 2021 Hyundai Tucson. Great for those who do not want to drill their license plate into their front bumper. Would recommend!

I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I moved to California and didn't want to stick holes in my bumper for a front license plate. I was super stoked to find this while googling options online. It fits really well and I have driven quite a bit and had no problems with it at all. I think it is a must have if you are not the bumper murdering type. It was a little pricey compared to some of the competitor options for other cars, but it looks amazing and is a really nice quality.

This fit my 2018 Hyundai Elantra flawlessly. You might need to bend the bracket a bit but it’s not a big deal. Installation is done within a minute.
