I replaced the old ones I was using that looked like they were make of stone. These are lighter weight, but function well and are much easier to clean daily.

Worked great for my reptiles. They can't tip it. Doesn't hold a lot of water, so perfect for when you need something shallow.

Our little outdoor toad Tilly loves this for her daily soaks. It’s the perfect size and depth. She has two others as well, but always goes to this one.

It's plastic but stays put with my baby tortoise climbing in and out. Depth is perfect for him, he's able to crawl over the rim and not get stuck.

We bought these to put out in our yard with water for wildlife. We live in So Cal and temps are over 100 degrees consistently during the summer. We've found several lizards in the bottom of our pool as well as other insects/moths/beetles, so we decided to try out these little bowls. They seem to be working well, we haven't found any dead lizards since we put them out. They are very shallow, so the water evaporates and the bowls need to be filled often. I'm happy to have found a solution to helping the critters around our yard during these hot months.
