Not true half inch very cheap hose returning immediately
Don't bother with this reel very small diameter smaller than 3/8.. made in the people's republic of Congo packaging was a joke.I could collapse the hose with two fingers.Definitely returning immediately.

Hose end come off and smacked me in my side.
The media could not be loaded. Hose and came off and smacked me on my side while I was using it.
