Can this fit a regular size 12 years child?

This 3-pair set of finger sleeves come in one size. I use one pair on my thumbs (this leaves 2 pair of sleeves as backups in case something happens to the pair I am using). They are stretch fit, so, unless the fingers are unordinarily small, they should fit a 10 year old's fingers.

Can these fit over bandages? I have a broken thumbnail and need it covered but it's making texting on phone hard for me.
