It’s alright but the back support could be better
It’s alright but the back support adjustment is annoying to fix as it keeps dropping down each time and doesn’t provide adequate arch support for tall people (I’m just 5’10 and it doesn’t even reach my arch without slipping down again when I try to raise it).

Decent build quality. Excellent seller service.
The chair has excellent design but the quality of functions and product finish need to be improved. Overall a decent buy. Seller service is one of the best on Amazon in my experience.

Return policy
Terrible customer service policy. The product was assembled and wanted to return same time. The company asked me to pack the product back as delivered which is impossible without technical support, so all AED 900 wasted.
