I purchased this product to retrofit an old clawfoot bathtub. Adapting this modern shower faucet to the antique tub brought me to two problems, each of which I solved with the help of the excellent customer service. ( and neither of these problems would have occurred if the shower assembly was installed as a new installation) my first problem was that the holes in the bathtub for hot and cold water supply were located too close together. There was an offset mount supplied with the kit (photo) but these were not long enough. Customer Service help me to find offset amounts that were longer and solved the first problem. Then, because the temperature control and flow control (one integrated unit) was mounted low in the tub, I needed extensions for the arm that supports the showerhead. Again, Customer Service helped me to find this item. Other problems of my own creation involved finding replacement parts for the antique shower curtain ring that supported the shower curtain in my 1890s vintage home. With all these problems solved, I am delighted with the installation and with the quality of the product. Water temperature and flow are easily controlled and the clever integrated handle has three indexed positions to direct water to the tub, the shower, or the handheld telephone type spray. Because I frequently have guests with little or no mechanical ability, I added labels with my Dymo labeler to indicate how this advanced faucet is to be operated. I have posted photos illustrating all these conditions, and the labels (photo) show just how the faucet is operated. My custom installation required multiple emails back-and-forth to ask questions and request help and Customer Service was unfailingly quick and responsive. Highly recommended and excellent value.

I had high hopes for this shower when I ordered it, and I wasn't disappointed in the look.There was one major problem however: the shower was way too short once installed.I wasn't very pleased at all to find this out while the plumber was installing it, however the customer service from this company is by far the best I've dealt with in the last 5 years. They sent me two 1' extension rods for the two showers I ordered. Actually, they sent it twice because the 1st one had a postal issue and never arrived. When I found that 1' wasn't quite enough, they are sending me two more. I couldn't ask for much more as with 2 extension rods the shower is perfect.Many thanks.My advice for the customer would be measure the height closely when you order this shower and request the 1' extension rod as it may be a little too short for the person.My recommendation to the company would be keeping two sizes for the extension tube: 12" and 18".

I am very disappointed in the whole process of Amazon promising me a resolution from the Seller/Manufacturer in 48 hours or Amazon would replace the item . (More than 14 days now ) Brassqueen & Gotonovo have tried to get me to pay for this faucet body which came with a lifetime warranty. I suggested that one of the companies send me a chrome faucet - I will pay for itMy contractors are on hold to complete my bathroom until I receive the faucet. When I first saw the leak -- Me & two of the contractors search more than 10 hardware stores trying to find a nut that fit the faucet to stop the leaking and we found 2 that had a attached washer in the inside like the one I purchased on Amazon.The leak continued and then I contact Gotonovo, Amazon, Brassqueen, Amazon, Brassqueen & Amazon today in that order.I am tired of sending emails, pics & repeat information regarding the problem. The media could not be loaded.  I bought this shower set on late October 2019 for $129.99. It’s twice (+) the price from right now.Delivery was fast and the set looked really good, esthetically talking. I did not install it but since I did not get any complaints from the person that installed it I can say it was an Easy or Simple process.After a few months it started to show some problems: The shower bar’s gold polish started to peel exactly on one side. Shower head was streaming water from one side and a there was a little spot of something that looked and smelled like rust on the top of the curved bar.Besides these problems, shower set worked just fine as always but I knew the problems must be fixed or the shower set replaced sooner or later.I wrote an e-mail to customer service. I was a little skeptical but I tried anyway. I got a fast response on the same day and an excellent service and follow up. They sent me a new shower set and made sure that I receive it.Hopefully this new set will last longer than the previous. I did receive a little card with care instructions that I hope will be useful.I do not expect this to last very long but right now, I would say it’s a very good option for the price. I do believe this new price is more realistic regarding the quality of this product.

This product is very beautiful and easy to install. It’s unique in design and showering is very pleasant with it. Aside from the quality of the product. The customer service is extraordinary! We had a piece missing, I believe my handyman lost it, not the fault of the company. And the company sent us the replacement part in a day. Not only did they send it. But they followed up personally taking responsibility for their customers. Very very impressed with the level of service here!

Rubish quality. It only looks nice, nothing else. Bought it in mid Feb for our newly refurbished bathroom. Had it for 2 months only and it is already falling apart. As you can see in the picture. Very poor quality. It comes with no manufactor warranty, so if it is faulty after 30 days you have thrown your money away. Not even worth 1 star but i had to give it a star to be able to write a review.
